Member and former Secretary of the
National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR)

If you, a family member, or a friend is disabled either mentally or physically and in need of help through the Social Security system, you have come to the right place! I am a non-attorney representative, specializing in helping disabled individuals in Georgia obtain their disability benefits. Please note that I no longer accept claims for continuing disability review or overpayments, nor will I accept new clients who already have representation, unless the former representative withdraws and waives his/her right to charge and collect a fee IN WRITING.

If you are no longer able to work, are considering applying for Social Security disability benefits, or have already applied and been denied, please contact me to assist you with your claim. I represent claimants who apply for SSDI, SSI, and other social security matters having to do primarily with the disability process.

The application process is complicated, and many people who apply (approximately two-thirds) are denied at the first step. Of those that ask for reconsideration, fewer than 20% are approved. A significant percentage of claimants must appear before an Administrative Law Judge before they finally receive their benefits. At every stage, those who are represented by a qualified and experienced professional have a better chance of being approved. For that reason, I believe the vast majority of claimants would benefit from hiring a professional representative to advocate for them.

Please note, I am not an attorney. I am an experienced professional, specializing in Social Security disability matters. By law, I am authorized by the Social Security Administration to handle all matters relating to disability claims from the initial application through the Appeals Council stage. Through my participation in a special Demonstration Project, I have been authorized by the Social Security Administration to have my fees withheld and paid directly.

I have provided a general overview of my services and the Social Security disability program on this site. If you would like additional information or have other questions, please feel free to call me directly at (770) 995-6009. I will be happy to assist you in any way I can.
